Biscoe + Stanton Architects has been responsible for the detailed design development, and for providing the construction information for this project of 936 new build flats and houses on the site of the former Longbridge Campus of the University of East London.

The development for George Wimpey, in conjunction with L+Q HA, originally commenced on site in 2009. Built in 5 phases, it is now approaching completion. Designed up to planning consent by Assael Architecture, the scheme creates a series of public spaces organised around a central north-south axis. This axis forms a linear park through the centre of the site that links the locally listed building on Longbridge Road with Mayesbrook Park to the south.
