Biscoe + Stanton Architects were appointed by contractor Durkan Ltd to carry out the detailed design and construction information for this development from an original Harper Downie planning consent.

The development consists of 79 flats and houses for rental, shared ownership and private market sale for developer Notting Hill Housing. The development also includes a turnkey 25,000 sq. ft. office building, and retail and commercial units to core.

Revised planning and non-material amendment applications have been necessary; to incorporate developer led changes and construction modifications required by our client.

Construction commenced in July 2015 with completion anticipated in September 2017.
