Biscoe + Stanton Architects were appointed by contractor Durkan Ltd to carry out the detailed design and construction information and change of use planning application for the conversion of 10 "live/work" units into residential units.

The development consists of 10 flats for private market sale for developer Notting Hill Housing. The development will also provide 450sqm of commercial space.

Construction commenced in May 2017 with completion anticipated in November 2017.
